Automatic Loading & Unloading Machine

Automatic track loading machine includes moving track, sucker rotating arms, conveyer section, hydraulic system, vacuum system and electric control system. It turns the glass panes from vertical to horizontal automatically and then convey to cutting table according to the program. The machine adopts PLC control for automatic operation of glass loading, overturning and transmission. It is scientific designed, safe and reliable. Sucker rotating arms are controlled by hydraulic system of which working smoothly. The glass can be positioned at lowed speed and conveyed at high speed. The machine can co-work with different bands of cutting machines and also used to load glass for laminated line, to replace manual work and to achieve more efficiency, safety and reliability. The series include different models such as single-side with single-station, double-sides with single station. Order can be customized.
